<div class="postingredients">Ingredients:</div>
<ul>
<li>3/4 cup urad dal</li>
<li>1/2 cup small paneer cubes</li>
<li>1/2 tsp haldi</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1 tbsp Oil</li>
<li>1/2 tsp Jeera</li>
<li>1/2 cup finely chopped onions</li>
<li>1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes</li>
<li>1 tsp finely chopped green chillies</li>
<li>1/2 tsp chilli powder</li>
<li>2 tbsp finely dhaniya</li>
</ul>
<div class="postingredients">Method:</div>
<ul>
<li>Soak urad dal in advance for 2 hours and drain it well.</li>
<li>Combine the urad dal, Â¼ tsp turmeric powder, salt and 1Â¼ cups of water in a cooker, mix well and cook it for 1 whistle.</li>
<li>Keep the cooker aside till all the steam escapes. Drain the mixture and leave it.</li>
<li>Take a pan, add some oil and sautÃ© paneer for 2-3 minutes till it turns light brown in color. Keep it aside</li>
<li>In same pan add cumin seeds.Once they crackle add onions and sautÃ© on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add the tomatoes, green chillies, chilli powder, remaining Â¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tbsp of water and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, keep stirring.</li>
<li>Add the cooked urad dal and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.</li>
<li>Add the sautÃ©ed paneer and coriander, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.</li>
<li>Serve hot with Butter Roti or Paratha.</li>
</ul>
